Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing HACCP and Food Safety Management Systems
- Support food safety inspections and hygiene audits
- Identify food safety hazards and assist in risk assessment
- Assist with monitoring CCP Critical Control Points
- Support preparation and maintenance of HACCP documentation
- Conduct food hygiene and safety awareness activities
- Assist in internal audits and compliance inspections
- Support corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain food safety records and reports
- Work with food production, kitchen, catering and quality teams
Selected candidates will be guided to develop their knowledge in:

Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment
Critical Control Points (CCP)
Food Safety Auditing
