Job Summary
We are looking for a Procurement QC Engineer – E&I to support the Project Quality Manager and Procurement QC Lead in implementing project quality requirements throughout the engineering and procurement phases. The role will focus on engineering deliverable reviews, vendor quality evaluation, inspection coordination, manufacturing surveillance, documentation, and quality performance reporting.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupport the Project Quality Manager and Procurement QC Lead in implementing project quality requirements.
Review E&I engineering deliverables including MR, datasheets, specifications, TBE and RFQs to ensure QC requirements are addressed.
Review vendor technical proposals during the bidding stage and respond to technical clarifications.
Coordinate with vendors and relevant stakeholders to resolve quality qualification issues before PO placement.
Participate in vendor evaluation and selection through assessments, visits, and audits.
Attend KOM and organize PIM for assigned packages, including physical PIM at vendor premises for critical packages.
Review vendor quality procedures after PO placement.
Review inspection reports and monitor manufacturing progress and vendor quality performance.
Review and ensure completeness of vendor final documentation and handover.
Liaise with ADNOC Quality Engineers and project teams.
Prepare and monitor quality KPIs and performance reports.
Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the Project Quality Manager.
Experience in Procurement Quality Control for E&I packages.
Ability to review engineering and procurement quality deliverables such as MR, datasheets, specifications, TBE and RFQs.
Knowledge of vendor technical evaluation, quality qualification, inspection, and audit processes.
Experience coordinating KOM/PIM, vendor inspections, manufacturing surveillance, and final documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, project teams, and quality stakeholders.
Strong understanding of quality procedures, reporting, and KPI monitoring.
