Lead the establishment implementation maintenance and continual improvement of the Integrated QHSE Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ADOSH and applicable requirements Prepare implement review and update QHSE manuals procedures plans risk registers formats and controlled documented information Plan and conduct internal vendor and subcontractor audits and support certification client and regulatory audits Maintain compliance with strong ASME U NBBI R ISO 3834-2 EN 1090-1 2 strong and strong ABS Bureau Veritas in-house NDT and Hull Gauging approvals strong Manage NCRs incidents and observations including root cause analysis corrective actions and effectiveness verification Monitor HSE compliance through inspections risk assessments JSA permit-to-work systems and critical activity controls Participate in incident investigations emergency drills and other HSE improvement initiatives Maintain environmental aspects and impacts registers and compliance controls covering waste chemicals spills resource utilization and environmental improvement actions Analyse customer feedback and complaints and monitor supplier subcontractor QHSE performance Support supplier and subcontractor prequalification registration and QHSE improvement initiatives Develop monitor and analyse QHSE objectives KPIs scorecards dashboards and performance trends Identify QHSE risks opportunities recurring issues and areas for continual improvement Coordinate Management Review Meetings action tracking lessons learned and continual-improvement initiatives Conduct QHSE training and awareness programs and support competency requirements across the organization Promote and maintain a strong culture of quality health safety environmental responsibility and continual improvement
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, QHSE, or an equivalent discipline. 10-12 years of relevant QHSE experience, preferably within Oil & Gas, EPC, fabrication, or heavy engineering environments. IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is required/preferred. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Auditor qualifications are preferred. NEBOSH certification is preferred. Strong knowledge and practical experience in Integrated Management Systems and QHSE compliance. Experience conducting internal, supplier, subcontractor, certification, client, and regulatory audits.
Strong understanding of NCR management, incident investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and continual improvement. Experience with QHSE KPIs, dashboards, reporting, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring. Strong knowledge of applicable QHSE standards, statutory requirements, and certification requirements.
