The QC Inspector will be responsible to Perform assigned inspections in accordance with approved drawings specifications inspection procedures work instructions customer requirements OEM requirements and applicable quality standards Ensure that inspection activities are carried out objectively independently and without bias Verify that inspected work components materials and related documentation comply with the applicable acceptance criteria Record and report all inspection findings accurately and completely without omission or alteration Prepare complete and submit inspection reports checklists and other required quality records for review and approval as applicable Maintain inspection records in an organized traceable and retrievable manner in accordance with document and record control requirements Identify and promptly report any non-conformity deviation or quality concern to the Lead QC Inspector and or QA QC Manager Ensure that identified non-conforming work or items are properly communicated and controlled in accordance with the applicable QMS procedures Perform required re-inspections following correction or rectification of identified deficiencies Ensure that measuring and inspection equipment used for inspection activities is suitable in valid calibration status and maintained in proper working condition promptly report any damaged defective overdue-for-calibration or otherwise unsuitable equipment Review relevant documentation inspection requirements and acceptance criteria before performing assigned inspection activities Coordinate with Operations Engineering and other relevant functions as necessary to obtain information required for inspection and quality verification Promptly communicate to the immediate supervisor any deficiency inconsistency or shortfall identified in processes documentation specifications or inspection requirements Follow and comply with all applicable Quality Management System policies procedures work instructions and Company HSE requirements Attend required technical QMS HSE and competency-related training and maintain the level of technical competence required for assigned inspection activities Request clarification or support whenever an inspection activity is outside the individual s competence or authorization Protect the confidentiality and integrity of inspection records technical information and other controlled information handled during the course of work Support internal and external audits customer inspections and other quality-related activities when requested Carry out any other quality-related duties assigned by the Lead QC Inspector or QA QC Manager that are consistent with the employee s competence position and responsibilities

Job Specification / Minimum Qualification & Competency Requirements:
  • NDT

    Qualification:

    Minimum NDT Level II qualification/certification in the applicable NDT method(s), in accordance with ASNT SNT-TC-1A or another equivalent standard accepted by the Company and/or customer requirements.
  • Technical Competence:
    Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings, specifications, procedures, inspection requirements and acceptance criteria relevant to the assigned work.
  • Computer

    Skills:

    Minimum working knowledge of PC operations in a Microsoft Windows / MS Office environment, including practical use of Microsoft Excel and basic handling of electronic files, data entry and inspection records.
  • English Language:
    Minimum communicational English proficiency sufficient to understand work instructions and technical documentation, communicate inspection findings and prepare basic inspection reports. Proficiency shall be demonstrated by a recognized online English proficiency test and confirmed through practical interview assessment.
  • Vision Requirements:
    Valid vision test with satisfactory results for the inspection activities performed, including near-vision acuity and color perception where applicable to NDT requirements.
  • Basic awareness of quality management principles and inspection-related quality requirements. Knowledge of the Company’s Quality Management System, procedures and reporting requirements shall be acquired through induction and on-the-job training after joining.
  • Competency Maintenance:
    Maintain all qualifications, certifications, vision examinations and competency requirements applicable to assigned inspection activities and do not perform activities for which the required qualification or authorization is expired or has not been obtained.
