Senior QA​/QC Coordinator & Expeditor

Korean Techno Inspection Middle East Co LLC KTI is seeking an experienced QA QC Specialist Third-Party Inspection TPI Inspector Expeditor for an immediate fast-track assignment related to an ADNOC Cladded Pipe Project

The successful candidate will be responsible for quality compliance review vendor documentation manufacturing surveillance third-party inspection coordination expediting technical coordination and delivery follow-up for a manufacturer supplying metallurgically bonded and or weld-overlay cladded piping components for critical high-pressure downstream applications

The candidate should have strong experience in ADNOC projects cladded piping welding NDT QA QC documentation vendor inspection and manufacturing expediting strong VDRL and QA QC Documentation strong Lead the preparation compilation review and submission of the Vendor Document Register List VDRL in accordance with applicable ADNOC requirements Review vendor quality documentation for completeness accuracy compliance and traceability Monitor the status of technical documents inspection records certificates and manufacturing dossiers Ensure timely closure of document review comments and outstanding documentation Document Control and Aconex Management Manage technical submittals revisions review comments approvals and document status through Oracle Aconex Maintain proper document control and inspection traceability throughout the project Coordinate with the vendor client TPI agency and project team regarding documentation requirements and submissions Vendor Expediting and Progress Monitoring Monitor vendor manufacturer progress against approved project schedules and manufacturing milestones Track material procurement raw material availability manufacturing welding cladding NDT inspection testing documentation and delivery activities Conduct regular follow-up with the manufacturer to ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule Identify potential delays bottlenecks and documentation gaps and coordinate corrective actions Prepare vendor expediting reports progress reports inspection status reports and milestone tracking reports Follow up on outstanding ITPs MDR VDRL documents inspection releases test reports material certificates and final manufacturing documentation Coordinate with the client TPI manufacturer and project team to resolve technical and schedule-related issues Manufacturing and Quality Inspection Monitor manufacturing and fabrication activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications procedures ITPs and quality requirements Review and verify material certificates and traceability documentation Review welding procedures WPS PQR qualifications welder qualifications NDT procedures and inspection records Monitor welding cladding heat treatment dimensional inspection testing and other manufacturing activities as applicable Coordinate inspection activities with the manufacturer client and TPI representatives Verify that inspection and testing activities are completed in accordance with approved ITPs and project requirements Review and support preparation of the final Manufacturing Data Record MDR Cladded Pipe and Sour Service Compliance Verify compliance of manufacturing procedures and materials with applicable ADNOC requirements Review material specifications and certification requirements for Sour Service applications Verify compliance with NACE MR0175 ISO 15156 requirements where applicable Demonstrate strong technical understanding of metallurgically bonded and weld-overlay cladding Provide technical support regarding cladding welding NDT material compatibility and inspection requirements Audit and PIM Coordination Act as the technical focal point for the upcoming Assessment Audit by TEC and the Company Coordinate and support the Pre-Inspection Meeting PIM Ensure all required documentation procedures inspection plans and quality records are available for audit and inspection Coordinate closure of audit findings comments and inspection-related actions Technical Coordination Participate in technical meetings with TEC client representatives QA QC teams TPI agencies and manufacturer representatives Provide technical clarification and support regarding fabrication inspection documentation and quality requirements Coordinate resolution of technical queries and ensure timely close-out The candidate should possess the following valid and relevant qualifications/certifications:

ASNT Level II certification in RT, UT, MT, and PT.Strong hands-on experience in ultrasonic testing of clad bonding and/or weld-overlay cladding.

CSWIP Welding Inspector certification.

BGAS Coating Inspector certification.

ISO 9001 certification and/or QA/QC auditing background.

Proven experience in Third-Party Inspection (TPI) and vendor inspection.

Proven experience in vendor expediting and manufacturing progress monitoring.

Strong experience with heavy Oil & Gas piping and cladded pipe manufacturing.
