Corporate Process & ISO Documentation Specialist

6‑month initial contract – with extensions. Arabic speakers required.

My client, a Big 4, are looking for an experienced Corporate Process & ISO Documentation Specialist to standardize and document corporate processes. The role involves reviewing existing drafts, consolidating information, and creating comprehensive, standardized documents that align with the corporate document hierarchy. The ideal candidate will ensure that all documentation meets the requirements for ISO 9001 (Quality Management System), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety Management), and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System) certifications.

• Document, standardize, and consolidate corporate processes.
• Ensure documentation is compliant with ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 standards.
• Conduct process understanding meetings, gap analysis, and discussions with stakeholders.
• Develop clear policies and procedures, including flowcharts and RACI matrices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.

• Strong experience in ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, including management system design, documentation, and certification readiness.
• Solid background in health, safety, security, environment, and quality management, preferably with facility management experience.
• Expertise in policies and procedures documentation, including flowcharts and RACI matrices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder engagement.
• Arabic speakers required.
