Exciting Opportunity Alert! HTC Global Services is hiring AI Tester – Learning Management System for an 1-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite).

About the Role:We are looking for experienced AI Workflow Testers to test and validate an AI-driven Learning Management System (LMS) where business workflows are executed through AI agents.
The role requires candidates who have previous experience testing AI-powered applications, agent-based systems, intelligent automation platforms, or similar workflow-driven applications.
Key Responsibilities- Test end-to-end business workflows executed by AI agents
. - Validate whether AI agents correctly understand user requests and initiate the appropriate workflow.
- Verify that agents perform the correct sequence of actions to complete a business process.
- Validate agent interactions with APIs, tools, databases, and other system components
. - Test different user inputs and scenarios to ensure workflows are executed correctly.
- Validate the final outcome of AI-driven workflows against expected business requirements.
- Test positive, negative, boundary, exception, and alternate scenarios.
- Verify how AI agents handle missing information, incorrect inputs, failures, and unexpected situations
. - Identify incorrect decisions, actions, workflow routing, or incomplete workflow execution by AI agents.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
. - Create test scenarios, test cases, test data, and expected outcomes for AI-driven workflows.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify unexpected agent behavior and workflow gaps.
- Log, track, and retest defects through closure.
- Work closely with AI engineers, developers, product owners, and business teams to investigate and resolve issues.
- Validate changes to AI workflows and ensure existing workflows continue to function correctly.
