Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Conduct site inspections to ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
Review and monitor MIRs (Material Inspection Requests) and WIRs (Work Inspection Requests) submitted by contractors
Raise, track, and close NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Verify compliance with approved Method Statements, ITPs, and quality procedures
Monitor contractor performance and workmanship to ensure quality standards are maintained
Maintain inspection records, daily reports, and QA/QC documentation
Coordinate with Resident Engineers, Contractors, Authorities, and Project Stakeholders
Verify completed works prior to approvals, handovers, and project close-out activities
Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final inspections as required
Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 9 years of overall experience in Building & Infrastructure projects
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience (mandatory)
- Experience in Construction Supervision Consultancy projects
- Strong knowledge of NCR, MIR, WIR, ITPs, Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards, specifications, and authority requirements
- Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
