Conduct routine HSE inspections of workplaces, labour camps and accommodation facilities.
Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements and UAE regulations.
Monitor fire safety, emergency preparedness, sanitation and employee welfare conditions.
Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses and prepare detailed reports.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks and HSE awareness training.
Monitor the proper use of PPE and compliance with safe working procedures.
Maintain HSE records, inspection reports, training records and corrective-action trackers.
Coordinate emergency drills, first-aid arrangements and pest-control activities.
Support internal and external audits and follow up on corrective actions.
Support quality, hygiene and food-safety compliance within catering operations.
Coordinate with operations, site management and other departments on HSE matters.
Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related field.
NEBOSH IGC is mandatory.
Knowledge in ADNOC HSE, ADNOC approved HSE Officer will be an added advantage
Minimum three years of relevant HSE experience.
Previous experience in labour camps or accommodation facilities is preferred.
Experience with in a catering company is an advantage.
HACCP or food-safety certification is preferred for candidates handling catering-related quality and hygiene responsibilities.
Good knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response and HSE documentation.
Valid First Aid/CPR certification is preferred.
Strong communication, reporting and employee-training skills.
Ability to work independently and visit different operational sites as required.
