- Coordination and conversion of all QSM an d QA relevant activities (internal and external)
- Coordinate compliance of external standards, AS9100, Nadcap, EASE
- Coordinate and complete corrective and preventive actions in an agreed time scale.
- Plan and Co-ordinate customer audits via support from Quality Engineers.
- Share customer and product knowledge within Quality Team.
- Coach and Train key individual in Quality Systems via support Head of Quality
- Develop and improve quality system to support customer contractual requirements.
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma
- Thorough knowledge of industry EN/AS9100 Quality System and Nadcap Processes Management requirements and associated quality procedures and techniques, including SPC applications, FMEA, MSA and Gauge R&R analysis.
- Proficient in interpreting drawings, internal and regulatory specification requirements.
- Basic understanding of MRP and ERP system tools, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban and Six Sigma practices.
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Visio, MS Project, databases and Internet along with the ability to learn other application software package.
