- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of QHSE experience in Oil & Gas EPC, including 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ADNOC project experience; ADNOC-approved QHSE Manager preferred.
- NEBOSH (or equivalent), ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 knowledge.
- Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
- Project Management Professional (PMP®) - PMI
- ASNT NDT Level III RT/PT/MT , CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector
- QHSE management systems, project quality assurance, and EPC project execution.
- Oil & Gas facilities, gas processing, compression, and pipeline projects.
- Quality audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, NCR management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Supplier quality management, vendor qualification, FAT/SAT, and client acceptance.
- Compliance with international standards, including ASME, API, and ASTM.HSE leadership, safety culture, permit-to-work systems, and continuous improvement.
