Quality Assurance Manager

We're Hiring | Manager, Quality Assurance – Unit Readiness

Location: UAE (Site-Based – Across UAE Projects)

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our unit readiness and inspection process, ensuring that residential units meet the highest quality standards before customer handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the unit inspection, snagging, de-snagging, and QA release processes.
• Develop and maintain inspection standards, checklists, and quality procedures.
• Manage and guide the QA inspection team to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Coordinate with Project Delivery, consultants, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
• Monitor rectification progress, elevate outstanding issues, and ensure all findings are closed before handover.
• Analyse inspection data, monitor contractor performance, and drive continuous quality improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Substantial experience in residential construction QA/QC, snagging, and handover within the UAE or GCC.
• Previous experience supervising or managing QA inspection teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction finishes, quality standards, and residential handover processes.
• Experience with digital inspection systems;
  Microsoft Dynamics or Power Apps is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
