Job purpose:
Lead project quality assurance and quality control activities and ensure construction works comply with approved quality plans and specifications.
Key responsibilitiesImplement and monitor the project Quality Management Plan and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
Lead inspections, audits and quality coordination with consultants and subcontractors.
Review method statements, material approvals and inspection documentation.
Raise, investigate and close non-conformance reports (NCRs).
Manage snagging, corrective actions and preventive measures.
Maintain quality records and support project handover.
Guide QA/QC engineers and site teams on quality requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
5–8+ years of QA/QC experience in construction.
Strong knowledge of ITPs, method statements, NCRs and inspection procedures.
UAE/GCC construction experience; lead-level applicants should demonstrate team coordination capability.
