Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Banking Quality Engineering Lead to oversee testing strategy, automation and quality governance for a large-scale core banking transformation programme in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on establishing a risk-based testing approach across banking applications, BIAN-aligned APIs, integration services and business domains. The successful candidate will govern functional, integration, contract, regression and end-to-end testing while coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

This position requires extensive banking quality engineering experience, strong API automation and contract testing expertise, and practical knowledge of service virtualisation, test environments and test data management. The role also involves introducing secure AI-assisted testing capabilities to improve test design, requirements traceability, automation, defect analysis and regression optimisation, with human validation of AI-generated outputs.
