- Complete first article inspections, in-process inspections and final inspection of parts and assemblies against blueprints, engineering drawings and job travelers.
- Dimensional inspection using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gages, CMM and Faro Arm.
- Perform receiving inspection on all goods and services, verifying quality and receiving codes are met.
- Segregate and report all non-conforming material and parts for prompt corrective action.
- Complete data entry, prepare reports and issue findings using operating software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Maintain current calibration status on all equipment as required and utilize Gage Trak to monitor calibration status.
- Coordinate on-site and off-site calibration activities, as well as perform calibration of instruments in-house.
