- 8-12+ years in banking quality engineering; experience leading testing for a large core banking transformation; knowledge of BIAN-aligned API and domain testing; expertise in API automation, contract testing, service virtualisation and test governance; hands-on exposure to modern QA tools and secure AI-assisted testing solutions.

- Establish risk-based test strategy; govern functional, integration, contract, regression and end-to-end testing; define API and event automation frameworks; coordinate system integration testing and UAT; manage test environments, service virtualisation and test data; introduce AI-assisted test design, traceability, automation, defect analysis and regression optimisation with human validation.
