Key Responsibilities- Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and regression suites for web and mobile applications across multiple projects
- Perform functional, usability, localization, and RTL (right-to-left) layout testing for Arabic-language interfaces
- Validate Arabic content quality in AI outputs, including ASR transcriptions, classifications, and summaries — covering MSA, Gulf dialects, and Arabic-English code-switching scenarios
- Test REST APIs and backend services (e.g., using Postman or similar tools)
- Build and maintain automated test suites for UI and API layers
- Log, track, and verify defects through to resolution; work closely with developers and product owners in an agile environment
- Participate in UAT cycles with clients and support release readiness sign-off
- Test data pipelines and platform workflows end-to-end, including user onboarding, task submission, and data validation flows
- Contribute to QA process improvement, test documentation standards, and quality metrics reporting
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in software QA (manual and automation)
- Native or fluent Arabic (reading, writing, listening) and professional working proficiency in English
- Strong experience testing web and mobile applications (iOS/Android)
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium
- Solid API testing experience (Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (Jira, Test Rail, or similar)
- Understanding of agile/Scrum development processes
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, particularly in evaluating Arabic text rendering, diacritics, and dialectal variation
- Experience testing LLM-based or GenAI applications: prompt regression testing, evaluating non-deterministic outputs, hallucination detection, response quality scoring, and guardrail validation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Jenkins) and integrating automated tests into them
- Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript for test tooling
