- Responsible for the preparation and checking of Quality plan, Method statement with respect to specifications / IS codes.
- Responsible for Establishment or Preparation of Design Mix at site.
- Maintaining all documents related to the site Quality Department, Drawing Register, and Checklist.
- Responsible for study of specifications of Items of work.
- To ensure that proper methodology and instructions are followed in execution of various activities.
- Materials Management
- On site scheduled Supervision of Works.
- Reporting and Documentation (Control of Documents).
- Coordination among the Client, Contractor ,Site and Consultants organizing qualification tests as per Method Statements.
- Process Quality Checks of all the activities,
- Co-ordination with GC/CMRL Engineers for inspection of site activity as and when required and obtaining clearances.
- Deliver Quality Toolbox Talk and conduct weekly meetings at site for guiding site engineers and workmen to achieve desired quality and improve workmanship in construction operations.
- To ensure that approved material is being used at site and proper documentation is being done for traceability of quality checks.
- Sampling and Visual Checks on Concrete, Shotcrete, Cement Grout
