We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for real estate and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, assisting clients in their real estate needs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish.

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, offering expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
• Conduct property viewings, showcasing key features and benefits of various properties to potential buyers or tenants.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and follow-up.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and the latest industry regulations to provide accurate and timely advice.
• Manage property listings, ensuring they are accurately represented and effectively marketed to attract prospective buyers or tenants.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry, with a proven track record of successful property transactions.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and local property laws.
• Candidates with their own visa will be preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
