We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tele Caller / Listing Coordinator to join our growing real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, lead generation, and ensuring property listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities1. Property Listings Management
- Collect and verify property details, documents, and media (photos/videos/floor plans) from owners or developers.
- Ensure all required documentation (title deed, NOC, IDs, authorizations) is complete before listing.
- Create accurate and compelling property listings for portals and company CRM.
- Update, edit, or remove listings regularly to maintain accuracy and availability.
2. Communication & Coordination
- Make daily calls to property owners to source new listings and update availability.
- Act as the first point of contact between property owners and the company.
- Maintain professional communication with owners to build long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with the listing manager for approvals and escalations.
3. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all listings comply with company policies, developer/owner requirements, and regulatory standards (such as ADCP, DMT, or Property Finder rules).
- Maintain a filing system (digital & hard copy) for all listing documents.
- Handle No Objection Certificates (NOCs) and publishing permit when required.
4. Internal Coordination
- Share updated listing availability with the sales/leasing team weekly.
- Ensure consistency between the company’s master availability sheet and individual coordinator sheets.
- Forward inquiries to the listing manager; direct communication with sales agents should be avoided unless instructed.
5. Performance Targets
- Make 200 calls per day
, with at least 100 answered calls
. - Generate at least one genuine interested lead per day from the owners list.
- Contribute actively to expanding the company’s property database.
6. Reporting & Accountability
- Submit daily and weekly reports on calls, listings added, and client responses.
- Highlight challenges, owner objections, or document issues to the listing manager.
- Cooperate in audits, cross-checks, and investigations if discrepancies occur.
7. Professional Conduct
- Uphold confidentiality of client and company information.
- Avoid providing inaccurate or misleading details regarding properties.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional behavior in the office and with clients.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate tele calling, listing, or coordination within the UAE
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Other: Familiarity with real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) is an advantage
- Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
