The Senior Strategy & Planning Advisor will lead strategic advisory services within the real estate sector, providing in-depth market insights, urban development analysis, portfolio planning, and operating model development. The role supports long-term real estate strategic decisions for large-scale developments, assets, and investment portfolios.

• Conduct real estate market analysis, horizon scanning, and competitive benchmarking across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and mixed‑use segments.
• Evaluate global and regional best practices in real estate development, asset management, smart city technologies, and sustainability initiatives (ESG, net‑zero considerations).
• Lead strategic formulation related to land use, portfolio mix, development phasing, and growth planning.
• Perform feasibility assessments for new projects, redevelopment opportunities, and investment decisions.
• Develop or assess real estate operating models, including development management, asset operations, and customer experience models.
• Contribute to corporate performance management improvements across development cycles and operational assets.
• Prepare strategic presentations, business cases, and decision‑support reports for executive stakeholders.

• 10+ years of experience in real estate strategy, consulting, portfolio planning, or development advisory.
• Experience with large real estate developers, master planners, or government developers is preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, and communication skills.
• Experience in feasibility studies, market forecasting, asset planning, or urban development strategy.
