Role Description

The Senior Property Consultant is responsible for driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and providing expert guidance throughout the buying, selling, and leasing processes. This role requires deep market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing portfolio while mentoring junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Provide professional guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment potential.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from property viewings to deal closure.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and investment assessments.
  • Present accurate market insights to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of local real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, property listing platforms, and MS Office.
  • Valid real estate license or certification (if applicable).
  • Language

    Skills:

    Fluency in English is required; proficiency in any additional language is preferred.
