Job Description- Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding property sales and rentals.
- Assist clients throughout the entire real estate transaction process, including property search, viewings, negotiations, and paperwork.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about current trends, pricing, and market conditions.
- Proactively contact property owners to confirm availability and gather detailed property information.
- Share property details and photos with assigned real estate agents.
- Conduct daily follow-up calls and messages (100+ per day) on published properties.
- Input property documents and owner details into our company system.
- Update agents on daily inventory availability.
- Provide valuable feedback to property owners regarding their listed properties.
- Follow up with agents on past viewings and newly acquired clients.
- Upload available properties to relevant in Zoho.
- Create engaging weekly Whats App blasts to generate client inquiries.
- Review and verify the accuracy of property listing documents.
- Monitor and analyse published property advertisements.
- Introduce and share the company profile with potential property owners.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with a real estate CRM system (a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
