About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. This role is intended for professionals with a proven track record in the UAE real estate market who are ready to leverage their expertise, market knowledge, and client network within a dynamic and performance-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management
  • Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Provide professional advisory services throughout the buying, selling, and leasing lifecycle, ensuring a seamless client experience.
Property Listings & Marketing
  • Manage and promote high-quality property listings, ensuring maximum exposure across approved marketing channels.
  • Present properties professionally and align listing strategies with market demand and client objectives.
Market Expertise & Advisory
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments, with a strong focus on Abu Dhabi.
  • Provide accurate market insights and strategic recommendations to clients based on current market conditions.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
  • Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to secure optimal outcomes.
  • Achieve strong closing ratios while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience:

    Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate brokerage, consulting, or sales within the UAE.
  • Broker Card:
    Must hold a valid UAE Real Estate Broker Card.
  • Driving License:
    Valid UAE driving license is required.
  • Market Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of the UAE property market, particularly Abu Dhabi.
  • Sales Performance:
    Demonstrated success in closing transactions, including high-value deals.
  • Client-Focused Approach:
    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Professionalism:
    High ethical standards and a results-oriented mindset.
