This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for advising clients on property options including sales, leasing, and investment opportunities. Responsibilities include building client relationships, understanding client requirements, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The role also involves maintaining knowledge of market trends and available properties.

• Strong Consulting skills to understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships
• Proven Sales experience with the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
• Understanding of the Real Estate market, including property laws and local market conditions
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus
• Relevant certifications or a background in real estate is advantageous
