Job Description
As a Property Consultant, you will work closely with clients to help them buy, sell, lease, or develop real estate properties. Your primary role is to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients based on market conditions, investment potential, and real estate trends. You'll leverage your comprehensive knowledge of property management and real estate regulations to ensure that all transactions are smooth and comply with legal standards.
Additionally, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This role requires a keen sense of market dynamics, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for real estate. As a key player in the industry, your contributions will directly impact our clients' investments and the company's success.
- Identify clients’ needs and financial capabilities to propose effective real estate solutions.
- Provide comprehensive market analysis and insights to guide clients in decision‑making.
- Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to optimize property transactions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present detailed property specifications and comparisons to prospective buyers.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site visits with clients and prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, brokers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Assist clients in preparing all necessary documentation and contracts for property transactions.
- Ensure that properties comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and government regulations.
- Utilize various channels such as social media and digital marketing to promote properties and services.
- Provide after‑sale support and advice to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
- Keep detailed records of all transactions, interactions, and feedback from clients and prospects.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of property management and real estate market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software tools.
- Valid real estate consultant license and a clean legal record are mandatory.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
