We are looking for a professional Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales and negotiation, strong knowledge of the local real estate market, and the ability to manage clients from initial contact through to closing deals successfully.

• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Follow up with potential clients using CRM and client management systems to convert them into successful deals.
• Provide clients with guidance on property prices, locations, and available financing options.
• Conduct property tours and accompany clients during viewings.
• Close deals and follow up on all legal and administrative procedures necessary to complete the sale.

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a similar role.
