Job DescriptionWe are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Sales Advisors to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both experienced real estate professionals and fresh candidates who are passionate about sales and customer service.
You will be responsible for managing property listings, advising clients, and closing sales and leasing transactions while delivering a high standard of customer experience.
Compensation:
Fixed salary plus commission
- Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and active prospecting
- List and market properties for sale and rent on approved portals
- Conduct market research and advise clients on pricing, market trends, and legal requirements
- Arrange and conduct property viewings with buyers and tenants
- Negotiate terms between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
- Coordinate documentation and closing in compliance with UAE real estate regulations (RERA / Abu Dhabi Municipality)
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong sales mindset with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Ability to use CRM systems and property listing portals
- Professional appearance and positive work ethic
- UAE driving license and own car are an advantage
- Proven experience in UAE real estate sales or leasing
- Established client or investor network preferred
- Knowledge of key communities such as Yas Island, Saadiyat, Reem Island, etc.
- Fixed salary plus commission
- Marketing support on leading property portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
- Administrative and CRM support
