- A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in real estate sales or property management, showcasing proven success in the field.
- Real Estate License or certification, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and enhancing credibility with clients.
- Experience working with diverse clientele, highlighting cultural sensitivity and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
