- Source and secure new property listings across Abu Dhabi
- Establish and maintain relationships with landlords and property owners
- Prepare complete listing packages, including media, descriptions, and pricing
- Publish and manage inventory across major portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
- Ensure listing accuracy, currency, and portal compliance at all times
- Coordinate availability and viewings with the sales team
- Monitor market pricing and comparables to advise owners effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident, professional communication with owners and landlords
- A stable, professional working environment
- Marketing, media, and administrative support behind your portfolio
