- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial real estate brokerage, investment, or development.
- Possession of a valid real estate license in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex commercial transactions, with a strong portfolio of past deals.
