We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients buy, sell, and lease properties.

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties based on their needs and investment goals.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends, pricing, and regulations.
• Generate and manage property listings through various marketing channels.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on real estate investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-ups.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and close deals successfully.
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

• In Real estate sales, brokerage, or consultancy (preferred but not required).

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and sales abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer relationship management.
• Strong sales and closing skills.

• Fluency in English.
• Arabic is a plus.

• Valid UAE driving license if applicable.
