One Eleven Real Estate is looking for a motivated and professional Property Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. If you are passionate about real estate, enjoy building client relationships, and have a strong sales mindset, we'd love to hear from you.

• Generate and qualify new sales leads.
• Assist clients in buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions.
• Stay updated on the Abu Dhabi real estate market and new project launches.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (UAE experience is preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Excellent presentation and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
