Our Company are looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent to manage client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and close sales across residential and commercial listings. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and able to deliver strong sales results in a competitive market.
Requirements- Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and the buying/selling/leasing process
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers and guide transactions through to signing
- Maintain accurate listings on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and internal CRM
- Build and maintain a client pipeline and long-term relationships for repeat/referral business
- Stay current on market trends, new developments, and regulatory requirements
Pay: Depends on the experience
Experience:Real estate market in UAE: 2 year (Required)
