Real Estate Consultant

We are seeking a Real Estate Investment Consultant to advise clients on property investment opportunities in the Abu Dhabi market The role involves developing client relationships identifying suitable properties and providing professional guidance throughout the investment process

• Advise clients on Abu Dhabi real estate opportunities including off-plan and ready properties
• Understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable property options
• Identify investment opportunities based on market conditions pricing payment plans and potential returns
• Explain key investment factors such as ROI rental yields capital appreciation and payment plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Manage sales activities from initial consultation through to closing
• Conduct property presentations and provide accurate information to prospective clients
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi property market trends developments and regulations
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful transactions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions opportunities and sales activities

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate, preferable in property sales or investment consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including off-plan and ready properties.
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to evaluate and explain property investment factors such as ROI, rental yields, capital appreciation, and payment plans.
• An existing investor or client network is an advantage.
• UAE real estate or broker licensing, or eligibility to obtain the required license, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a target-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills.
