Nation Stars Real Estate is seeking motivated professional and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Leasing Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. • Assist clients in buying, selling and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance throughout the sales or leasing process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants and investors
• Negotiate offers and facilitate successful property transactions
• Maintain accurate client and property records using the company’s CRM system
• Stay informed about the Abu Dhabi real estate market, property values and new developments
• Achieve individual and team sales and leasing objectives
• Ensure all transactions comply with UAE real estate regulations and company policies

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate sales or leasing experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Hindi, or Urdu are an advantage)
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and CRM systems is an advantage
