Client Advisor - Off Plan & Secondary

VIP Brokerage, a Top 10 Abu Dhabi real estate brokerage, is expanding its sales team and looking for experienced Real Estate Consultants, Property Consultants and Property Advisors with a proven track record in UAE real estate sales.

This role is focused on Abu Dhabi secondary market / resale property sales, working with qualified buyers, sellers, investors and property owners.

• Manage qualified buyer and seller leads provided by the company
• Advise clients on Abu Dhabi residential properties and investment opportunities
• Handle secondary market and resale property transactions
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings and property presentations
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Generate offers, negotiate terms and work toward successful closing
• Manage the sales process from enquiry through negotiation and transaction completion
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
• Maintain accurate client, activity and transaction records in the CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience
• Proven track record of closed property transactions in the UAE
• Experience in Abu Dhabi real estate is strongly preferred
• Experience in secondary sales / resale property is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
• Strong sales, negotiation, communication and closing skills
• Ability to manage buyers, sellers, investors and property owners professionally
• Target-driven, self-motivated and commercially focused
• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
• Good working knowledge of CRM systems
• English is required, Arabic, Mandarin/Chinese, Russian, French, German, Italian or Spanish is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car preferred
