Sales Agent, Real Estate Sales

Job Type: Full-time

• Minimum 6–12 months of UAE real estate experience, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, consultancy, or brokerage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Arabic & English Speaker (Must)
• Presentable, professional, confident, and sales-oriented.
• Ability to generate, follow up, and convert leads.
• Self-motivated, hardworking, punctual, and target-driven.
• Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai real estate market is an advantage.
• Existing Abu Dhabi Broker License is preferred.
• Smart business attire is required at all times.

• Generate and develop new leads, clients, buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings and follow up with clients.
• Source and negotiate offers from viewing through to closing.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, property owners, and brokers.
• Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, prices, and new developments.
• Maintain accurate client and sales records through the company CRM.
• Provide professional and excellent customer service.
