The Premium Off Plan Specialist - AUH - Immediate Joiner is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on promoting and selling premium off-plan properties, managing client portfolios, and guiding prospective buyers through the entire off-plan sales cycle. The specialist will conduct property presentations, organize site visits, prepare and review sales proposals, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and upcoming off-plan projects in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, coordinating with internal teams such as marketing and sales, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance, and providing timely market insights and feedback to management. The role requires close collaboration with developers, participation in events and roadshows, and delivering a professional, client-centered experience from initial contact to closing.

• Strong carpentry skills, including experience with general Carpentry and Framing, to manage and understand basic structural fit-out or property customization requirements when needed.
• Proficiency in using Hand Tools and Power Tools safely and effectively, especially for minor on-site adjustments or demonstrations related to property finishes.
• Knowledge of Finish Carpentry to better interpret and explain interior quality, fixtures, and finishing standards to clients.
• Proven experience in premium real estate sales, ideally in off-plan or new developments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to present complex project information clearly and professionally.
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets, including developer offerings, project timelines, and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred;
