Leasing Officer
We are looking for an experienced Leasing Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leasing operations, tenant relations, and property management, with the ability to drive occupancy and maximize rental income.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee leasing activities, including property viewings, negotiations, and contract execution.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, and prospective clients.
Negotiate rental terms and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Coordinate lease renewals, tenant onboarding, and documentation.
Monitor market trends and rental rates to support competitive leasing strategies.
Prepare leasing reports and provide regular updates to management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth leasing and property management operations.
Conduct site and property visits and inspect apartments/flats.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to address property issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
Maximum 5 years of relevant experience
Language:
Arabic speaker preferred; good command in English.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate or any related field.
Hands-on experience in Tawtheeq tenancy contract processing and registration.
Maximum 5 years of relevant experience in leasing or property management, preferably within the Abu Dhabi, UAE real estate sector.
Good knowledge of Municipality procedures and requirements.
Valid UAE driving license.
Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, tenancy agreements, and market practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage tenant relationships and achieve leasing targets.
Good knowledge of MS Office and leasing/property management systems.
Arabic language proficiency is preferred with good command in English both in speaking and writing
Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
