About the Role

Amlak One Real Estate is looking for motivated and experienced Sales & Leasing Agents to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build client relationships and close property transactions.

• Generate and develop new leads through various channels.
• Manage buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant relationships.
• Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant property options.
• Handle the end-to-end sales and leasing process.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property information in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with leads and existing clients.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's property market, communities, projects, and market trends.
• Build and maintain a strong network of clients and industry contacts.
• Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.

• Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience

• Previous experience in property sales or leasing.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
