Oaklyn Realty is a fast-growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, specializing in Off-Plan market. As we continue to expand, we're looking for ambitious, client-focused, and results-driven Property Consultants to join our growing sales team.

• Promote and sell Off-Plan properties from Dubai's leading developers.
• Handle and convert company-generated leads while building your own client network.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations.
• Advise buyers and investors on market trends, pricing, ROI, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Generate and manage property listings for sales and rentals.
• Negotiate offers and successfully close property transactions.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
• Stay up to date with Dubai's property market, communities, and new project launches.
• Consistently achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.

• At least 1 year of Dubai real estate experience in Off-Plan
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and target driven.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, other languages are an advantage.
• Must be in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
