Present off-plan ready and investment-focused real estate projects

Explain pricing payment plans projected rental potential market positioning and key investment considerations

Manage company-provided and self-generated leads

Conduct professional client consultations and investment presentations

Arrange property viewings developer visits and project presentations

Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective investors

Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified clients

Negotiate and close property transactions

Develop long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Maintain accurate CRM and client activity records

Stay updated on new projects launches pricing payment plans and market developments

Represent Open Home Properties professionally at exhibitions developer events open houses and networking activities

Consistently work toward individual and team sales targets

• Previous UAE real estate experience is an advantage, particularly in:
