Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with property transactions, maintaining professional relationships, and promoting available properties across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to prospective clients.
• Maintain and update property listings on online portals and company platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with potential clients.
• Stay informed about market trends, property values, and available inventory.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property information.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher qualifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online platforms.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
