Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, lead generation, and market outreach.
• Advise clients on available residential and/or off-plan properties based on their requirements and investment goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property owners.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and client consultations.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial enquiry through to closing.
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the transaction process.
• Stay updated on property market trends, new developments, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Participate in property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and networking events.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Previous real estate sales experience is mandatory.
• Proven track record in property sales or a similar consultative sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and commercially driven.
• Professional appearance and ability to build trust with clients.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Candidates with international real estate experience are welcome to apply.
