We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrator to join the AI Capital team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our property operations by assisting agents, managing administrative processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across ongoing real estate projects.

• Assist real estate agents with client communications, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Manage property listings, viewing schedules, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports for projects and leads.
• Support CRM management, data updates, and lead tracking.
• Assist with basic marketing coordination and campaign support when required.
• Ensure smooth workflow and timely communication across internal teams.

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in office software and CRM systems is an advantage.
