Abu Dhabi only to manage our property portfolios portal uploads and advertising permits.
Leverage existing direct connections with property owners to secure exclusive listings gain owner approval to advertise properties and collect necessary documentation for Madmoun permits Manage and process property listings across major portals Bayut Dubizzle etc ensuring all details pricing and descriptions are accurate and up to date Handle all Madhmoun advertising permits and verification processes efficiently to ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations Coordinate closely with our sales and leasing agents to gather property data media assets and documentation for new listings Support lead generation efforts by organizing incoming portal inquiries tracking performance metrics and distributing qualified leads to the team Maintain organized records of property inventories active permits and client interaction databases within the company system
Candidate RequirementsExperience:
1 to 3 years of experience in property listings and Madmoun generation - Abu Dhabi only, with a proven network and established connections with property owners to secure advertising approvals.
Language:
Fluent in English (written and spoken);
Arabic or Russian language skills are a strong plus.
Skills:
Excellent owner networking, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with property portals (Bayut/Dubizzle) and CRM tools.
Professionalism:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Base Salary: AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month (depending on experience).Benefits: UAE employment visa and health insurance provided.
