This full‑time on‑site role primarily on commission basis based in Abu Dhabi is for a Property Advisor specializing in the primary market and off‑plan projects.

• Advise local and international clients on residential properties and investment opportunities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai
• Identify client requirements, qualify leads, and recommend suitable properties based on their goals and budget
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of buyers and investors through company leads, referrals, networking, prospecting, and digital channels
• Conduct property consultations, presentations, and viewings
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions from initial enquiry through successful completion
• Develop long‑term relationships with investors, high‑net‑worth individuals, and international clients
• Stay updated on market trends, new developments, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities
• Build a strong professional presence and use social media to expand networks and generate leads
• Ensure all client interactions and transactions follow relevant regulatory and company requirements
• Collaborate with sales, listings, marketing, mortgage, and support teams to provide a smooth client experience

Are you a passionate results‑driven sales professional ready to thrive in the luxury real estate market? 1–2 years of experience in sales, real estate, luxury retail, banking, hospitality, automotive, or business development. UAE real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client‑handling skills. Confident in dealing with investors and international clients. Target‑driven, self‑motivated, and comfortable working in a commission‑based sales environment. Ability to generate leads through networking, referrals, calls, Linked In, and social media.

Professional, presentable, and customer‑focused. Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relocation applicants are also welcome to apply provided they are comfortable working on commission base earning structure.
