Sales and Leasing Consultant

VIP Brokerage, a Top 10 real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is hiring experienced Real Estate Sales, Leasing and off plan Consultants to convert qualified, company-generated leads into successful leasing transactions across Abu Dhabi.

We are looking for professionals who understand the Abu Dhabi Off Plan, Resales & rental market, can manage landlords and tenants confidently, and have a proven record of closing leasing transactions.

• Convert qualified company-generated leads into successful sales or leasing transactions
• Understand buyer / tenant requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Manage buyer /tenant and landlord relationships throughout the leasing process
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Negotiate sales / rental terms and close leasing transactions
• Handle the sales / leasing process from enquiry through to signed agreement
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords and property owners
• Follow up consistently and maintain an active sales / leasing pipeline
• Maintain accurate client, property and transaction records in the CRM
• Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets

• Minimum 2 years of real estate leasing experience
• Proven record of closed leasing transactions
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi rental market
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills
• Excellent follow-up and client relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded
• Valid Driving License and own car
• English is mandatory
• Arabic, Chinese/Mandarin, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Russian or Spanish is an advantage

This role is for experienced sales & leasing professionals — not a first sales job.
