What You'll Be Doing
- Meet with clients and understand their property requirements
- Recommend suitable properties based on budget, location, and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and explain property details clearly
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, investors and prospects
- Follow up with leads consistently and manage your client pipeline
- Provide clients with relevant information about prices, locations, projects, and market activity
- Support clients throughout the offer and negotiation process
- Coordinate with internal marketing, administration, and support teams when needed
- Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the team

What We're Looking For
- Confident and professional when communicating with clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
- Comfortable following up with clients regularly
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads and appointments
- Willing to learn about properties, projects, and the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Positive attitude and willingness to improve
- Able to work full-time in Abu Dhabi
